Reports
Reporting is much easier with ProbationComm. Our reporting system uses a web form instead of a paper form and once you fill out the first report, ProbationComm remembers your previous report and fills in the blanks for you. You just have to make sure nothing has changed since you last reported, make any changes, and hit the button to submit the report. Your officer is notified immediately that the report is filed.

Payments
ProbationComm also make it easier to make your monthly payments. Instead of writing checks, you simply enter your credit card number or eCheck* information into our secure web form. Your payment is processed immediately and your officer is notified of the payment. There is a small convenience fee, but it saves you time, hassle, and it's quicker.

Communication: Messages
ProbationComm uses a completely self-contained web-based email system similar to those found in large web portals (Yahoo! Mail, etc.). This enables you to use any computer with an Internet connection to send and receive messages to and from your officer without the need for desktop email client software and you don't have to worry about messages being left behind in someone else's Sent Items folder. You don't even have to use the same computer to receive responses back. Login from anywhere to see messages sent to you.

Communication: Instant Messages
When your supervising officer is logged in, you will be able to exchange instant messages with him or her. This is works very much the same way MSN, AOL, and Yahoo! Messengers work, only you don't need to download any software. The communications, for the probationer's part, are all handled through the website.
